Stuart Croft: Returns Monograph

Stuart Croft: Returns is the first monograph showcasing the Leeds-born, artist-filmmaker's work between 1970-2015. To compliment the exhibition at Leeds Art Gallery, Eternal Return, this publication includes a catalogue of 17 moving-image artworks made between 1998-2014. The major exhibition at Leeds Art Gallery is the first since his untimely death in 2015, and runs from November 8th 2024 - 6th April 2025. 

Original texts by Deborah Levy and Darian Leader are included, along with lectures that were first written and presented by Croft to illustrate the key concepts of his practice and his writing and production processes. ‘Stuart Croft Returns’ has been produced by The Everyday Press in collaboration with the Stuart Croft Foundation. The book has been edited by Emma Bennett and designed by Margherita Sabbioneda.
